  • As a Digital Webmaster, you will manage, maintain, optimize and improve Standard Chartered website according to business requirement from various retail stakeholders. You will manage web content updates, support scheduled web content publishing to meet all business requirements.
  • You will ensure that all content updates follow the web operating model and is completely align with SC Group Web Management standards and guidelines.
  • You will also work with our technology team to expand our presence through the design and implementation of new web-based applications that will positively impact our customers experience.
Hands-on expert level technical skills required:1. Strong command of web templates and web technologies including responsive and adaptiveHTML templates, CSS and JavaScript.2. Manage and implement on-going content updates according to business requirementsincluding loading of marketing campaign pages, daily information such as fees and interestsrates, update to product offerings, or regulatory alerts and notices.3. Ensure content update request is per Group Web management guidelines and best webpractices.4. Ensure content update request is performed in timely manner per SLA.5. Work closely and communicate with stakeholders on content update requests requirementto ensure smooth and timely implementation.6. Discover, diagnose, and report Web site problems, including broken links (both internal andexternal), typographical errors, and formatting inconsistencies.7. Perform cross device and cross browser testing to ensure web UI and functionality workaccordingly to design8. Hand-on experience with all of the following - WordPress, Google Webmaster Tools, GAOther skills required:- High degree of responsibility.- Business level proficiency in English in both verbal and written is necessary.- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with business representatives.- A fundamental understanding of UX/UI principles with a high attention to details- Build relationship with various kind of stakeholders, such as Product, Marketing, CorporateAffairs, etc.- The proven ability to work under pressure with multiple requests coming in from multiplestakeholders in short period of time.- Good understanding of web standards including W3C, typography & iconography- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the applications will adhere to themExperience/Qualifications:- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field- 2 years of experience,
