Director- Client Relations with a (funded) digital media startupTo join the experienced team of a new startup to take a unique ad monetization product to the market. Besides the competitive salary, the bonus will be paid on quarterly basis.1. To lead new client pitching for programmatic digital campaigns among new economy advertisers.2. Own end to end execution of marketing projects and campaigns. To take charge of the entire process flow from identification and closure.3. Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts.4. Presenting of credentials and leveraging the same with clients. 5. Generation of estimates and obtaining of budgetary approvals from clients.6. Build & Manage a team of client servicing professionals.7. Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects and campaigns that directly affect each client.8. Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well.9. To establish a strong business relationship and increase client satisfaction.10. Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns.11. Close interaction with design, planning, project management and execution teams to review delivery of services.12. Documentation and maintenance of client archive and interaction history.What we are seeking: 1. Senior professionals from the Digital Marketing agency or Advertising industry with more than 5 years of experience into Client Servicing.2. Must be leading high-quality sales team of atleast 20 people & atleast Rs 25 crores in annual topline in digital ad space.3. Disruptor mindset with business common sense and can recreate the business from ground zero for a new employer.4. Early mover and fast riser in the previous roles.5. Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.6. Ability to prioritize the work and meet deadlines.7. Build and manage a team based on needed business capabilities.8. Industry research capabilities, to understand clients- business environment.9. A good eye for details.10. Dynamic, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and high client orientation.,
