Experience 3-9 years experience of in Career
Must have at least 3-4 Project on ITSM Service Implementations experience.
Experience on ServiceNow ITOM Implementation at least one Discovery, Event and Service Mapping project implementation.
Must have hands on experience on implementing ServiceNow Integration using the OOD Service Integration capability.
Experience leading implementations with the ServiceNow platform
Working knowledge of project methodologies including Agile
Active working knowledge of Web Services
Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, and SSL components
Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent testing and debugging skills Strong history of problem solving
Working knowledge of common ServiceNow applications and ecosystem
Working knowledge of Web Services and other integrations
