Types Precision, wire wound, SMD, Carbon / Metal Film etc. Company is a leading Designer and Manufacturer of Power Resistors based out of Bangalore, India. They can offer solutions across the broadDesignation: Dy Manager/Manager-PurchaseExperience- 10 to 12 YearsWork Location-BangaloreRoles & Responsibilities: The designation could be senior engineer/asst manager/dep manager purchase. The incumbent should be capable of handling multiple suppliers, quality supplies, with strong commercial and administrative knowledge.Critical to the position would be:

  • Ability to lead the purchase team
  • Timely supplies of electrical and mechanical components, ensuring zero line stoppages.
  • Experience in both domestic and international purchase and sourcing activities.
  • Experience in vendor development and vendor management.
  • Exposure/experience working with a reputed ERP software
  • Must be a team player, with ability to organise and collaborate activities to meet company goals.
  • Good verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Good planning and execution skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to ensure timely quality supplies, manage inventory and optimizing component cost.
  • Strong engineering and process knowledge
  • Knowledge of Kannada is a must.
