The role involves conducting vehicle inspections, evaluating technical conditions of 4-wheelers, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring fair and accurate assessments. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of automobiles, analytical skills, and the ability to interact with customers effectively.Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough technical inspections of vehicles (engine, transmission, body, and electrical systems).
• Identify accidental damage, replaced parts, and technical defects.
• Perform vehicle evaluations and prepare accurate technical reports.
• Interact with customers to explain inspection outcomes and resolve queries.
• Collaborate with sales and pricing teams to finalize deals.
• Maintain records of evaluations in company systems/ATS.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, quality policies, and safety procedures.
• Support branch operations in achieving business targets.
Requirements
• Diploma/ITI/Bachelors degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in vehicle evaluation, inspection, or automobile workshops.
• Strong understanding of 4-wheeler components and automotive systems.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driving License (manual & automatic preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in automobile dealerships, service centers, or inspection agencies.
• Knowledge of market trends and used car pricing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
