Food Services Domain Level: Mcon, Senior consultant & ConsultantLocation: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata Experience in managing large food services clients spanning across QSR, Fast Casual, Casual Dining, Full Service Coffee Shops and Institutional Caterers.The candidate should have significant exposure in handling applications pertaining to Stores, Above Stores and Corporate functions, namely - Front of House store functions (e.g. POS, Drive Thru, Employee Clock In/Out, Promo Coupon discount Mgmt.) Back of House store functions (e.g. Inventory Mgmt., Kitchen Display Systems, Delivery Mgmt. Menu Mgmt. and other Store Operation systems) Above Store functions (e.g. Franchisee Creation & Onboarding, Franchisee Mgmt. and Franchisee Evaluation) Corporate functions (e.g. Sales and Marketing, Menu/Recipe Engineering, SCM, Promo, Coupon & Campaign Mgmt., Loyalty Mgmt.)Working knowledge of MICROS, NCR, PAR, ANDROMEDA, ALTAMETRIX, CRUNCH TIME, STIBO PIM, HOT SCHEDULE suite of products/platforms will be an added advantage.Ability to handle global roll-out of IT solutions for large global chains will be highly preferredExtensive experience in handling complex agile engagements as POs involving multi stakeholder and geographies is required.Previous experience in working for IT implementations in a franchised environment for a global brand is preferred.
