Job Description

    The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests and visitors. They are responsible for welcoming guests, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department. Additionally, they handle phone calls and emails, manage the reception area, and perform administrative tasks as needed.Responsibilities
    • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters
    • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized at all times
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
    • Maintain a record of incoming and outgoing guests and employees
    • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
    • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies
    • Provide support to other team members as needed
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
