Job Description

*What will you do:

  • Lead the effort to translate indirect procurement category strategies into operational rules and guidelines to be used by the Procurement Operations team to ensure compliance and alignment with the category strategies
  • Facilitate the working sessions where Regional Category Managers, Sourcing Team members and the country procurement team builds the above rules and guidelines
  • Collaborate with other key program workstreams (Catalog, Tail Spend, Business Transformation, etc.) to ensure project timing and deliverables are in synch and proper coordination to ensure efficient way of working with the Indirect Procurement Sourcing team to avoid confusion and duplication of effort
  • Deliver trainings to Sourcing teams and Procurement Operations teams on category guidelines
  • Monitor guideline performance and continuously optimize the guidelines to secure operational excellence
  • Participate in other key initiatives including RPA, machine learning, etc.

  • Strong English communication skills, written and oral
  • Previous project management and Procurement / tools and digitization background.
  • Self-driven / motivated individual with proven influencing and management skills.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business in related field (i.e. Project Management / Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related field of study).
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office, eProcurement tools and Project Management tools.
  • Ability to manage and resolve difficult and challenging situations.
