Administer and schedule staff for each shift and assist all guest services staff to resolve all customer issues effectively.Assist all guests with disabilities and resolve all informational and directional queries from guests, train staff in all guest services and handle all cash transaction efficiently.Supervise working of all cooks and housekeepers and provide training to all to ensure effective guest services and maintain work schedule for all and allocate appropriate resources as per requirement.Analyze all requirements of facility and ensure compliance to all applicable policies and codes and resolve all disputes and labor issues for facility.Develop and maintain all capital budgets and provide optimal level of services to all guests and visitors coming to facility.All interested candidate to send their documents and resume to our company email( hr@cottagecastlehotel.co.uk ).
