• Lead Generation: Actively visit the open market, including local areas, business hubs, and residential zones, to generate leads for LAP loans.
• Product Promotion: Promote Loan Against Property (LAP), explaining its features, benefits, and eligibility requirements to potential customers.
• Client Interaction: Meet with potential clients, understand their financial needs, and pitch LAP loan solutions that best suit their requirements.
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into customers by addressing their queries, explaining the loan process, and assisting them through the documentation process.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all necessary documentation is collected from customers, and assist in completing the loan application process in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for LAP loans by driving conversions and maintaining a steady pipeline.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continued business.
• Market Feedback: Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in loan sales, preferably in LAP loans, mortgages, or secured loans.
• Gender: Only male candidates will be considered for this role, as the job involves regular field visits and open-market engagement.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of lead generation, cold calling, and sales conversion in a target-driven environment.
