    HR Business Partner (HRBP) Field RoleBusiness: LAP (Loan Against Property)LocationField-based TN/KA/APTGRole SummaryThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the LAP business will act as a strategic and operationalHR partner for the field sales and branch teams. The role involves driving people initiatives,talent management, employee engagement, manpower planning, performance management, andHR governance to support business growth and productivity across assigned geographies.Key Responsibilities
    • Business Partnering
    • Partner with LAP business leaders, branch managers, and regional sales heads to align
    • HR initiatives with business goals.
    • Support business expansion through effective manpower planning and workforce
    • readiness.
    • Drive organizational effectiveness and productivity across branches and field teams.
    • Employee Engagement
    • Conduct regular branch visits and employee connects to understand ground-level
    • challenges.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives, rewards && recognition programs, and retention
    • strategies.
    • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.
    • Performance Management
    • Support goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans (PIP).
    • Partner with business teams to identify high performers and succession pipelines.
    • Monitor productivity and performance trends across regions.
    • HR Analytics && Reporting
    • Publish regular HR dashboards and MIS related to attrition, hiring, engagement, and
    • performance.
    • Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
    Key Skills & : Strong stakeholder management Field HR and employee relations expertise Good understanding of sales-driven organizations Strong communication and influencing skills Data-driven decision-making Ability to manage multiple branches/geographiesPreferred Candidate Profile1 - 4 years of HRBP experience, preferably in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, orRetail Sales environments Experience supporting field sales or branch-based businesses Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regionsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Attrition control Employee engagement scores Performance management effectiveness HR compliance adherencePreferred Industry Background NBFC BankingHousing Finance LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending businesses
