Job Description Design a variety of instructional materials online courses as needed. Create engaging learning objectives and assessments, structure the course appropriately, and bring about creativity in e- learning Reviews all e- Learning deliverables for content flow, accuracy, language, standards, etc. Ability to conceptualize and put into practice effective training strategies Ensuring content matches with established learning objectives. Reshaping content for changing needs. Develop design and other documents related to course creation Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate their knowledge and experience into instructionally sound online content Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in Technology, English or Communications Minimum 1 To 2 Years Of Relevant Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous working experience in instructional design will be a plus. Have an eye for detail & reviewing skills Extremely comfortable in fast- paced, high- growth startup environment.,
