    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage inbound and outbound calls from international customers (US)
    • Deliver exceptional customer support with professionalism and empathy
    • Accurately resolve customer issues and queries within defined timelines
    • Provide correct product and service-related information
    • Record and maintain customer interaction details in internal systems
    • Achieve targets related to call quality, first-call resolution, and CSAT
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective issue handling
    Job Requirements
    • Experience: 1 to 6 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
    • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
    • Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
    • Basic computer proficiency with good typing speed
    • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to grow
