Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Core Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
    1. Sales and Business Development
      • Identify and acquire new clients through direct and indirect sales strategies.
      • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

    2. Sales Presentations and Negotiations
      • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
      • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring mutual benefit for the company and clients.
    Qualifications and Skills
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in B2B.
    • Strong understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
