Job Description (JD)Role: Core Server & Networking IT Operations Engineer Location: Bangalore / Mysore Experience: 24 Years Salary: Up to 5 LPAQualification:
• BE / BTech with 2 Years Experience OR
• Any Graduate with 3 Years Relevant Experience
Job Summary:We are hiring an experienced IT Operations Engineer with strong expertise in Core Server Administration and Networking Support. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end IT infrastructure operations, ensuring smooth functioning of servers, desktops, laptops, IP phones, and network systems.Key Responsibilities:
• Provide end-to-end IT operations support for server, network, and end-user infrastructure
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues
• Manage desktops, laptops, servers, IP phones, printers, and network devices
• Configure, monitor, and maintain Windows Servers and related services
• Manage user accounts, access control, and Group Policies through Active Directory
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues
• Support LAN infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewall connectivity
• Manage print server and printer-related issues
• Perform incident, problem, change, and asset management as per ITIL processes
• Monitor infrastructure health, preventive maintenance, and escalations
• Maintain documentation, asset records, and operational reports
