We offer end-to-end recruitment solutions, working with top brands and emerging startups for both permanent and contract hiring.Roles & Responsibilities:For IT Recruiters:
    • Source, screen, and shortlist IT candidates based on client needs.
    • Manage interview schedules and feedback coordination.
    • Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations.
    For SPOCs:
    • Act as the single point of contact between clients and recruitment teams.
    • Oversee open requirements, interview coordination, and closures.
    • Maintain strong and proactive client communication.
    For Team Leaders:
    • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters.
    • Allocate requirements and track closure progress.
    • Manage escalations, client updates, and recruitment reports.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Experience: 0.6 to 6 years in recruitment or staffing.
    • Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be willing to work from the office (Commercial Street, Bangalore).
