Job Description

    Responsibilities1 Feb 2025 - F2F Interview
    • Maintain and improve the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
    • Collaborate with the Service Desk team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
    • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users to resolve system-related issues.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for IT systems.
    • Assist in the planning and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
    • Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
    • Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to protect critical data.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
    • Provide training and support to other IT staff members as needed.
    • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
