Job Description

Work with a world class team to develop, implement, and support cutting edge Oracle technology.Manages a team supporting and/or implementing software project(s) and/or internal systems. Defines, documents and manages scope, expectations, implementation approach, deliverables and acceptance testing criteria.Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Successful track record in applications implementation and as a manager. Expert knowledge of all applications within a business area; plus some knowledge of other applications. BA/BS degree preferred., *Description and Functional Knowledge

  • Be a part of the Fusion Applications on Oracle Public Cloud transformation story at Oracle.
  • Work on Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Cost Management Applications
  • Have a minimum BE or Master s Degree or CA from reputed institutions with a minimum of 10-15 years of industry experience in financial applications including cost management.
  • Understanding of financial statements and working knowledge of cost accounting fundamentals is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Inventory, Work in Process and Receiving transaction accounting is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Transfer Pricing, Intercompany Accounting & Taxation important.
  • Strong analytical, business problem solving and solution design skills mandatory.
  • Knowledge of applications like receivables, payables and General Ledger highly desirable.
Leadership and Management Skills
  • Demonstrate very good leadership and organizational skills
  • Provide day-to-day team leadership with minimum supervision
  • Participate in setting personal objectives that align with the groups objectives
  • Contribute to OALs agreed vision by participating in the formulation of strategic direction
  • Manage work through day-to-day team interactions, seeking guidance as required
  • Demonstrate understanding of Oracle s technologies and how they integrate with each other
  • Complete assignments on time and within budget
  • Assess and mitigates risks and resolves team or work assignment related conflict Delegate effectively
  • Demonstrate understanding of OALs recruiting and hiring process
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Business and other OAL teams on cross functional projects.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of PaaS custom development tools and technologies like Remo & Jenkins
  • Hand son knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, web services, VBCS, OJET highly recommended.
  • Hands on knowledge of OBIEE, OTBI , Reports and dashboards development very important
Hands on knowledge of Selenium, Python, Unix Shell Scripting highly desirable
