Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle Recruiting
  • Manage a team and give solutions to various sourcing challenges.
  • Prepare sourcing and delivery strategy and ensure that the needs are met as per the client expectations
  • Guide the team to evaluate candidates for the requirements based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications.
  • Guide the team to conduct preliminary screening and short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement and negotiate rate/salary.
  • Coordinating with the Hiring Managers to schedule interviews, know the feedback of the candidates, and improve sourcing based on the discussions.
  • Closing the positions within the stipulated time and Following up with the candidate after the offer is made.
  • Achieve a good conversion ratio at various stages of recruitment
  • Understand the client requirements and map relevant targets.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and the hiring team
  • Stay abreast of technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
