Dear Candidate,Greetings for the day!We are hiring forLegal ManagerRoles and Responsibilities:Drafting, vetting and execution of legal agreements governing commercial relationships with third parties with whom the company has dealings.2. Scrutiny and verification of documents for purchase /acquisition / leave and license / hiring of premises / equipments for opening new depots / warehouses.3. Drafting various types of processing agreements, clearing and forwarding services agreements, security services agreements, manpower services agreements, power of attorney, etc.4. Drafting of confidentiality agreements and Service Level Agreements.5. Provide strategic legal advice and act proactively as required to preempt and minimize legal risks faced by the company. Resolving legal queries of and providing legal opinion to various departments of the Company.6. Co-coordinating with legal counsels / consultants in respect of the instituted litigation, tracking of all suits filed by the company. Drafting of Replies and other required documentations in the course of pendency of the litigation.7. Deal with and manage correspondence with regulatory and other governmental authorities in connection with company business.8. Dealing with various HR related legal issues.9. Drafting of replies to legal notices and other customized special correspondence.10. Handling various Internal Compliance and Vigilance related issues of the Company.11. Initiating recovery proceedings to recover outstanding amounts from Franchisees.12. Good knowledge of civil, criminal, and a good command over Drafting coupled with a analytical skills.13. Handling Cases under SARFAESI Act, 2002 for recovery & collection
