What were looking for:

You would bring in extensive expertise on developing tools and would have worked on environments to automate test execution, identify automation gaps and drive automation strategy and quality improvements based on product roadmap and business priorities.

You would be a People Manager and Hands on Engineering subject matter expert who can bring his knowledge to Drive end to end automation for CWA Apps, lead a team of automation engineers, deploy practices of CI/CD and ensure release cadence.

Role Responsibilities

• Drive end to end automation for CWA Apps
• Lead / Manage a team of automation engineers, deploy practices of CI/CD and ensure release cadence.
• Work on continuously improving the processes and evolve tools, frameworks that can help in expediting release of high quality software.

Basic Qualifications

• You would have experience on Agile development methodology to develop user-level applications on a variety of platforms including desktop operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac) and/or mobile operating systems (iOS, Android).
• Would have or are working on various levels of the application stack for different users of the product (IT vs corporate user).
• Have experience in using virtualization technologies and techniques to develop operating systems, device drivers, utilities, and software; development tools (e.g., assemblers, compilers, etc.) for different operating system architectures (Windows, Linux, Mac OS), driver development,
• You have experience with inserting ( hooking ) custom code into normal operating path in order to modify operation of platform.
• Have working knowledge of hardware platform architectures, reverse engineering, low-level debugging and instrumentation techniques.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience with at least a year in people/team management
• Have an Bachelors or Masters in Engineering as your educational qualification
