    Job Description Manager Customer Service and Admin SupportCompany: Nordisk Clean Solutions AB ( Granuldisk India Pvt Ltd)Location: BangaloreSalary: 7,00,000 per annum BenefitsRole OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager Customer Service andAdmin Support to manage the complete order lifecycle from inquiry to delivery. The roleinvolves sales support, order management, and cross-functional coordination to ensuresmooth operations and excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities-Sales Support && Order Management- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process purchase orders.- Maintain accurate records of orders, quotations, and communications.- Coordinate with kitchen consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.- Manage customer queries and email communication promptly and professionally.Coordination && Operations- Liaise with accounts for invoicing and payment-related matters.- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely order dispatches and local deliveries.- Process vendor invoices and maintain vendor communication.- Place orders to the factory and track production/shipping timelines.Process Management- Handle the entire order cycle from inquiry receipt to final delivery.- Ensure timely updates to customers and sales teams on order status.- Maintain and update operational and sales reports using advanced Excel.Requirements- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration- 35 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in equipment or B2B industry).- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.- Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.- Knowledge of import and customs process would be an additional benefit.What We Offer- Competitive salary 7 LPA Benefits.- 5-day working week.- Exposure to international operations and premium commercial kitchen equipmentindustry.- Opportunity to work with a leading Swedish brand.
