Job Description

    Manager- DevOps EngineeringLocation: Bangalore, India We are looking for a DevOps Engineering Manager that has a passion for leading teams and will be responsible for automating deployments and scaling and optimizing the CI/CD environments. Your team s focus will be ensuring 247.ai products are running smoothly in a hybrid DC Cloud setup and will help resolve any issues raised by SRE or Product Dev teams.     • Lead a DevOps team to develop a robust and scalable infrastructure that enables us to efficiently build and deploy mobile and online applications
    • Maintain highly available sites across enterprise hybrid environments
    • Lead and mentor your team to provide the infrastructure-as-code needed to maintain multiple development/test/stage/production environments
    • Lead the team to support environment troubleshooting and work closely with product development teams.
    • Leverage new technologies to drive innovation
    • Work efficiently and effectively with multiple stakeholders and across cross-functional teams
    • Maintain an evolving long-term technical roadmap to lead your team for continuous improvement and innovation
    Your Experience
    • Prior team management experience in an Agile/ Scrum environment
    • Expert in scripting (Python, Bash, Ruby, Groovy, or similar languages)
    • Strong experience with Linux as an administrator and operator
    • Proven experience with configuration management tools (Salt, Chef, Ansible or similar)
    • Experience with managing infrastructure-through-code namely Terraform
    • Proficient with source code management tools (GIT or similar)
    • Ability to design and support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar)
    • Experience using/creating build tools (Maven, Ant, Gradle or similar)
    • Extensive experience architecting, designing, and implementing deployments in GCP/Azure cloud environments
    • BS or MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to collaborate and rally support
    • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and team building skills
