The Commercial IT team there is seeking innovative and passionate solution specialists who share our vision of bringing excellence in all of Nokia s Digital Customer interactions with specific focus on scalable MarTech solutions. We are seeking innovative and passionate Solution Experts, who share our vision of bringing the power of cloud computing to enterprises and are willing to work in cooperation with business representatives, process owners, stakeholders managers and IT partners to pro-actively understand and capture business functions needs and translate them into IT requirements. The Commercial IT team will be responsible for successfully creating enterprise Digital Customer experiences using solutions such as Marketo , Openprise , Zoominfo , Powerapps with other enterprise systems and Application Exchange partners. Ideally, you have knowledge of Salesforce CRM processes and solutions. What you will learn and contribute to Technical software expert, executing software development including research, design, programming, and testing of operating or new software. Supporting business and IT to adapt digital technologies faster and to improve application or solution performance. Job Responsibilities & Competencies
    • Design and implement scalable MarTech stacks, integrating end-to-end marketing and advertising technology products to power the Marketing Engine Pipeline using Marketo, resulting in a more efficient and effective marketing process. Manage the lead life cycle.
    • Responsible for Setting up Campaign and Campaign hierarchy and integrate campaign data flow to downstream.
    • Perform insight reporting for Campaign, email, form, and Landing page and conduct thorough analysis of email responses, including opens, clicks, subscription cancellations, and failed emails, with relevant recommendations for the next approach.
    • Responsible for customer data transformation/cleanup using data orchestration tool to improve of sales experience.
    • Collaborate with project, product, and program managers, utilizing analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in product portfolio data, assisting management in implementing innovative solutions increasing performance and efficiency.
    • Establish processes and cross-functional alignment for marketing database stewardship to ensure the database is clean enough to monetize activities and engagements, grow marketable contacts, establish re-engagement programs, and develop effective hygiene/deletion practices
    Your skills and experience
    • 4-6 years relevant experience
    • Bachelor / Masters in engineering BE, B.Tech / M.Tech , MCA.
    • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
    • Certification in Digital Marketing / Marketing or communications is preferred.
    • Functional knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem, content marketing, social media, etc.
    • Experience with application integration and related marketing applications.
    • Working in a digital marketing/marketing automation role or similar.
    • Technical proficiency in digital marketing space
    • Hands-on experience in Marketo, handling complex campaigns
    • Setting up and launching Campaign and define marketers journey through campaign workflow using Adobe Workfront.
    • Hands-on experience in Data Orchestration tool such as Openprise,ZoomInfo OperationsOS/RingLead is preferred.
    • Working experience on Sales go-to-market intelligent platform such as Zoominfo SalesOS is preferred.
    • Exceptional relationship management / communication skills / interpersonal skills / ability to work effectively with global teams & stakeholders from Business.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple Business groups.
    • A data-driven mindset with the ability to influence behavior based on analytics.
    • Strong data interpretation and communications skills; ability to summarize and present complex findings clearly and concisely to various management levels
