Search Jobs Job DescriptionMarketing Demand Services Business Analysist will be accountable for managing planning, prioritization and driving end-to-end lead management programs in support of the APAC Geo. In this role, the Business Analysist will work closely with the Demand Execution teams, APAC Geo Field Marketing teams, Strategy & Operations team and APAC BDR organization to drive operational and tactical programs. In parallel, the Business Analysist will work closely with Campaign Operations to define, drive, and implement post follow-up strategy for Large Global Events & specific targeted global campaigns.Specific duties include:Support agreed to strategic and tactical marketing programs on operational activities/priorities specifically in support of the APAC Marketing and Sales organizationEngage with and represent APAC Geo Field Marketing and BDR teams to build/scale the business operational activities across customer touch, activity response and lead management initiativesRole would include all aspects of post campaign operations from large global events to supporting targeted franchise/geo programsLarge Global Events would require working directly with the Demand Execution team and EDA to ensure appropriate success expectations and lead routing is addressed. Drive the post follow-up process within the demand svc team to validate accuracy in end-to-end execution.Targeted Franchise/Geo Programs encompasses working with all the Demand Center teams and geos BDR organizations to ensure end-to-end lead handling is established. This would include any custom routing, training and success analysis.Qualifications:6-8 years of Experience in Enterprise demand generation and response/lead management practices, inclusive of processes, standards, governance, metrics, business intelligence and systemsDeep experience in campaigns-to-leads, sales and customer lifecycleExpertise in digital campaigns across paid, earned and owned media to improve campaign effectivenessExcellent relationship management skills, with the demonstrated ability to effectively influence for shared business outcomesHands on Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM business processes and requirements; specific experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo.
