Combining the experience of 50 years of history and the vitality of a start-up created in 2010,We are looking for for Mgr/ Sr Manager - ( Promotions &AIIiances) DeIhi& Bangalore( Jayanagar) offices of the clientThe details are as follows-1)Client - Global French MNC2) Location- DeIhi& Bangalore(Jayanagar)3) Position- Mgr/ Sr Manager - ( Promotions &AIIiances)4) Qualification-Graduate5) Experience : 4- 8 years in BD /Client acquisition/ Promotions &AIIiance with a DigitaI / Payment / gifting industry6) Compensation- Competitive7) immediate joining. -15 DaysJob Role Vision :(Manager./ SrMgr Promotions &AIIiances )-Promotion Sourcing Manager will assist in more efficient sourcing processes to save costs and maximize profitability.-He/Sheshould negotiate with merchants to obtain Discount/conditional/ Promotional Vouchersat the best prices by using strategic sourcing strategies and extensive knowledge of the retail industry-We are looking for a highly motivated individualto assist the company in creating strong relationships with merchantsand maintaining the existing ones.-The incumbents responsibilities include sourcing discount, conditional and promotional vouchers for products/services at competitive prices and advising senior management on which merchants to contract with.-You should be able to maintain and update the merchant database and find alternative merchants if the existing ones are unable to meet their obligations.To be a successful Sourcing Specialist, you should be able to work with the relevant departments to ensure that costs remain within budget.A high-performing Sourcing Specialist should be able to develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance sourcing strategies Promotion SourcingJob role:1.Sourcing merchants and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing merchants.2.Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company.3.Obtaining quotes/offers from different merchants.4.Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with merchants.5.Working with legal department to ensure that all contracts relating to voucher procurement contain all details of the negotiation.6.Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.7.Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal merchant selection based on the quotes.8.Providing solutions to improve company spending and help sales teams.9.Workcloselywith Sales teams to understand the client demands and effectively do the sourcing.10.To try and convert the merchants from whom the offers were sourced to convert them11.Support Catalog team as needed with their categoriesRequirements:- 5- 10 years of Experience in the retail/gift card/payments industry Bachelors/masters degree in administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field.-Must be an individual contributor Understanding of the Gift Card industry and Retail as a whole.-Proven experience in sourcing processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.-A thorough understanding of sourcing methodologies.Strong negotiation skills.Sound time-management and organizational skillsIf the position interests you kindly share your cv at hr@megmaservices.co.inor contact Puneesh- 7011354635 Kindly confirm the following - current ctc& notice period - Total experience - Expected ctcRegards,HR Team
