Job Description

    Core Purpose of the Role: The role is in the commercial department responsible for Salesforce Effectiveness & Business Process controls Role Accountabilities:
    • Salesforce Enhancements and Optimizations
    • Business Processes Optimization
    • Salesforce Apps (Sales Tools) and Integrations
    • Change Management
    • Data Management and Analytics
    • User On-boarding & training, User Experience Enhancement and Platform Support
    • Implementation partner management
    • Day to day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the connected Salesforce platform
    • Maintain Commercial SOP Document, Salesforce User Manual and Change Logbook

    Specific requirements for this role Experience
    • Candidate should have 8 to 10 years overall experience in Salesforce ecosystem. Exposure to pharmaceutical or related industry is an added advantage.
    Technical/functional skills
    • Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other related CRM Tools
    • Deep understanding of CRM Sales and Quote to Cash processes
    • Hands-on experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) & providing confirmations on deployment of new changes to the production environment
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce reports & dashboards, and other Sales Analytics technologies
    • Robust analytics and presentation skills with excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong influencing skills with experience getting things done through others
    • Ability to work collaboratively across organizational lines
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
    Education
    • MBA with a Life Sciences background is preferable. However, if you are qualified with relevant Salesforce certifications and working experience but not an MBA, please don t hesitate to apply for this position
