Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Creation of Customer code, ESO & Billing in SAP
  • Prepare Commercial Documents for submission to customers & Banks
  • Closely Co-Ordination with Pre-shipment team/ External Customers/ banks / CHA and Government agencies to close the transactions.
  • Coordinate with CHA to get freight rates, vessel sailing schedules etc. if by sea/air
  • Coordinate with Bank/accounts dept. for receipt of Payment by TT/LC
  • Coordinate with accounts dept for closure of Debtors
  • Dealing with Banks to realisation and arrange an eBRCs
  • Maintain MIS and Billing reports
Compliance
  • Closure of POE with Internal GST team
  • Closure of Shipping bills in RBI (EDPMS) portal with Various bank
  • Closure of Inward remittance with various bank
