Job Description

    Operation Manager- Customer MatchmakingOperations Manager to lead and optimize the matchmaking process between customers and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of customer assessments, lender partnerships, and operational workflows, ensuring an excellent customer experience and successful loan outcomes for the complete segment of loan distribution.Roles & Responsibility :Matchmaking Operations Manage the end-to-end process of matching customers with the most suitable financial institutions based on their profiles, preferences, and loan eligibility. Oversee data collection, customer profiling, and analysis to ensure accurate and effective recommendations. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards in all matchmaking activitiesTeam Leadership Lead a team of matchmaking specialists, loan advisors, and support staff to achieve operational excellence. Train, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver personalized solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Monitor team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Collaboration with Financial Institutions Stay updated on partner offerings, lending criteria, and special programs to enhance the matchmaking process. Act as the primary liaison for feedback and issue resolution with lenders.Process Improvement Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and speed in the matchmaking process. Leverage technology and data insights to optimize operations and improve the overall customer journey. Drive innovation in operational practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.Reporting & Metrics Develop and track KPIs related to matchmaking success rates, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency. Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.Requirements Experience: 3-5 years in operations management/loan distribution, preferably in the financial services, mortgage, or banking sectors. Experience with matchmaking or client onboarding processes is a strong plus. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage conflicts, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on delivering a superior customer experience through tailored solutions and efficient operations. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, loan processing tools, and analytics platforms. Experience in implementing technology-driven solutions is a plus. Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications are preferred.
