As a Director, Product Management-Technical at Mastercard, your role is pivotal in defining a world beyond cash by building and scaling products to transform payments through consistent customer experiences. You will collaborate with a global team to shape the vision for the Customer Connectivity Connect Program, work with engineering counterparts to drive incremental value through each release, and engage stakeholders internally and externally to ensure platforms meet business and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Develop strategic approaches based on analysis of business, market, and customer segment needs to recommend short and long term strategic direction.Utilize market research and analysis to influence strategy and platform prioritization globally and regionally.Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to identify opportunities that enhance customer experience, increase platform usage, and align with business priorities.Drive innovation pipeline development, platform capabilities roadmap, and executive summary views to justify investment in key initiatives.Lead platform delivery to market, submit patent documentation, define positioning, and establish commercialization plans while advancing product management excellence.Analyze usage and performance reporting for platform improvement and strategic planning.Expand product adoption and drive participation at thought leadership and market presence opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business, finance, or equivalent work experience.Prior experience in B2B user products/platforms and payments/financial services.Proven track record in new product development, business/market/financial analysis, and project management.Strong communication, customer advocacy, relationship building, and user-centered design skills.Ability to work on multiple deliverables, prioritize effectively, and foster collaboration within cross-functional teams.At Mastercard, all activities involving access to assets, information, and networks require adherence to security policies.
