Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Pre-sales, Marketing team, and support in new opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings, and services and translate them into a strong value propositions for Partners
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to Salesforce Business and grow the service line
  • Designs technical end-to-end solutions for business processes using Salesforce.com, Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com platform with integration to other applications including back office
  • Experience in Einstein Analytics & Salesforce Commerce Cloud is an added advantage
  • Guide and mentor the Salesforce development teams, design the technical solutions, enable the teams with best coding practices, and code reviews to meet business process & application requirements
  • Involved from the start of the project all the way through the deployment and will actively lead and manage requirements gathering, design, development, validation/testing, and deployment of the project
  • Leading a team of developers, administrators, business analysts working on Salesforce projects
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team building, and conflict resolution
  • Project Management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring
