• BPO/BPS industry experience is a mustGraduate/Post Grad with 8 to 12 years of experience in Telecom/ BFSI/ F&A.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong PC skills: Word, Excel and PowerPointSuperb organizational and time management skills. Work on multiple projects simultaneously,adhering to deliverable deadlinesResults oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexibleStrategic and analytical thinker who can collect and analyze data to make appropriateprocess/business decisions/recommendationsAbility to adapt quickly and frequently to changing prioritiesStrong interpersonal and relationship management skillsResearch oriented, comes up with solutions tailored to addressing specific problems/ needsMust demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering solutions thatoptimizes activities across company needs, business constraints and business realitiesWillingness to travel and manage work life balanceAbility to create compelling proposalsShould be outcome orientedShould be able to identify the unstated needs and propose impactful solutions
