This accolade is a testament to our rapid growth and the impactful education we offer.We take pride in our strong corporate relationships, collaborating with over 550 corporate clients.We are looking for a skilled & highly experienced in design the product The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.It will involve thorough market/customer research, creating product briefs, developing curriculum with SMEs, training sales teams and finally launching the product.Once the course is launched you will periodically review the performance and take corrective actions to make the product stronger. You will be responsible to keep the existing courses of your category relevant and competitive by enhancing the curriculum and course features.Key Responsibilities:
    • Product Strategy Development: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our training offerings based on an in-depth understanding of our target market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends in the EdTech industry, emerging technologies and potential opportunities for new or improved product offerings.
    • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze feedback from customers, instructors, and internal teams to identify pain points, needs, and opportunities for product enhancements or new product development.
    • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams through product planning, development, launch, and iteration processes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning to tactical activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction.
    • Performance Metrics: Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and make data-driven decisions for future product strategies.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key product evangelist, communicating the product vision and updates to both internal stakeholders and external audiences, including customers and partners.
    • Collaboration with Marketing and Sales: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for product positioning, launch, and promotion to maximize reach and revenue
