Job Description

*Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience., *Islamic Banking Product ManagerWe are looking for person who has expertise in Islamic Banking Domain. Extensive experience as a product manager for Islamic Banking product. Experience in implementation/pre-sales of Islamic banking product would be an added advantage.

  • Exposure to all Islamic offerings of Islamic Financing, Islamic Liabilities, Islamic Trade and Islamic Treasury.
  • Experience in short and long term product roadmap creation.
  • Experience as a core member team during implementation of Islamic banking system.
At a high level Job Profile would be as under.
  • Responsible for short/long term roadmap for Islamic Banking
  • Engaging with customer/prospects from time to time to validate and refine the Islamic requirements
  • Responsible for requirement detailing for the roadmap items
  • Specifying Market Requirements for current and future products for Islamic banking segment
  • Provide thought leadership in this market segment
  • Developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy, helping Sales/Sale Consulting understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers in segment
  • Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product in the Islamic market segment
