Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Supervise Production Activities: Overseeing daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow.
    2. Team Supervision: Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to production staff.
    3. Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and conduct safety inspections regularly.
    4. Coordinate with Other Departments: Liaise with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production processes.
    5. Monitor Production Targets: Ensure that production goals are met in terms of output, quality, and deadlines.
    6. Report Production Issues: Identify and report any issues that arise during the production process to higher management.
    7. Maintain Equipment and Tools: Ensure machines and equipment are in good working condition, scheduling repairs or maintenance when needed.
    8. Optimize Workflows: Improve production efficiency by suggesting and implementing process improvements.
    9. Training & Development: Provide training to new hires and ongoing development for existing staff.
    10. Inventory Management: Oversee the use of materials and tools to ensure theres no shortage or wastage during production.
