Creating and maintaining the program management planDefining the risk of the program and developing scenarios to mitigate these risks; creating and updating the program risk management planEnsuring proper execution vs the program management planDeploying process improvement and quality assurance and making the program organization efficient and transparent, in line with the processes of the PMOActing as an expert on software development life cycle management processes and best practicesActing as an expert on program management body of knowledge and best practicesProviding management and stakeholders with regular program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions, reporting on employees performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal and conducting evaluation at the end of the projectsCoordinating effective communication/change management strategies for the program as appropriate.Ensuring effective transfer/archiving of the program results and the associated intellectual capital.Keeping up to date with technical basics and new technology, in order to optimize the goals of each project and maximize the synergy between the projects.Aggregating the data for analyses and insights to inform decisionsUpdating data in project/program management tools and ensuring data integrityReviewing and tracking the progress of documentation and ensuring conformance with PDLM, NBX, PMO processes and best practicesRelevant KPIs include: program delivery vs. schedule evaluations, customer feedback evaluations, program cost vs. budget evaluations, formal evaluations of project/program/assistants, stakeholder feedback evaluations, project/program compliance evaluation, NPS, launch reliability (or milestone adherence), time to market, in budget, all remaining competing constraints considered, employee engagement, software quality (working software and reduced defect counts)You are a part ofConnected Care Informatics (CCI) Business team develops & delivers software solutions to manage clinical and operational workflows for healthcare customers across several countries. These solutions include Electronic Medical Records (primary & tertiary care), Hospital Information Systems, Hospital ERP, Command Center & Analytics for Hospitals, Intensive Care Unit systems, Telehealth, and interoperability systems & services. The incumbent will have PMP certification, or equivalent, and since she/he will be managing software development projects, she/he will have deep knowledge of software development life cycle management. The incumbent will join the CCI PMO team in India but will have very close collaboration with our colleagues around the world.
