Job Description

    Must Have Graduate in any stream Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in HR Operations (preferably recruitment admin) Results and deadline driven Proven expertise in customer relationship management; strong consultative skills Experience in invoicing and billing and P&L management Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.) Good experience on ATS tool such as (Taleo, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters) and job boards Experience in Team handling - more than 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook) Good to have Excellent customer management negotiation skills Responsibility includes supervise, hire, and train employees, manage quality assurance programs, and strategize process improvements Oversee all aspects of Recruitment cycle, including evaluating resumes and interviewing candidates across various stages of hiring funnel Strong experience into Recruiting senior level, high demand/niche profiles basis business needs Monitor ongoing hiring processes and ensure timely updates to help improve internal communication and candidate experience Manage the talent pool for a new position by maintaining ATS and organize, categorize and filter candidates Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, and personnel information systems Identify process improvement opportunities and support/lead transformation & automations projects Extensive knowledge of Operations methodologies in Recruitment field, ability to monitor industry trends Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources Escalation Management Candidate management to ensure a positive experience`
