Job Description

Role Scope:The Regional Sales Manager (Government) is responsible for driving sales growth and business development acrossgovernment institutions, public sector undertakings (PSUs), autonomous bodies, defense organizations, andhealthcare departments within an assigned region. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managingtender and procurement processes, developing relationships with key government stakeholders, and ensuringachievement of revenue targets.Key Responsibilities: Achieve regional sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives. Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Drive sales growth across assigned territories and customer segments. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required. Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Engineers, Sales Representatives, and other regional sales personnel.
