Would you like to be part of this journey Reporting and Analytics Analyst (Workday) Responsibilities The Senior Reporting and Analytics Analyst (Workday) will be a member of HRIS & Analytics team with the People Operations Organization. This role is responsible for providing consultation and collaboration to cross-functional teams both inside and outside of People Operations function, acting as the Business Analyst and configuration expert for People Operations Reporting and Analytics (Workday). You will play an important role in how we bring data to everything with your expertise and passion to help address the data and analytical needs of teams and clients across UiPath. Your knowledge of data, along with deep business context, will enable you to provide action-oriented analyses to ensure our People Operations organization and Business Leaders are well-informed and able to make thoughtful, data-driven decisions. Responsibilities Serve as the Workday HCM data and reporting subject matter expert Develop and maintain simple to complex reports, including matrix and composite reports, utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer, as well as other organizational tools and available technologies Help monitor the effectiveness of reporting solutions, modify current reports, or operationalize new reports/methods as needed Work with business partners and People Operations subject matter experts to document report requirements, design, develop and deliver reports; ensuring alignment across deliverables, and adherence to overall global reporting strategy Create and maintain standardized real-time self-service dashboards displaying key metrics and insights for the People Operations team and business leaders in a visually appealing manner Analytical expertise around data retrieval, manipulation, and data transformation from large and complex data sets to distill insights; further turn this data into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations using creative and analytical thinking Go beyond the numbers to extract key insights and stories from data to measure progression and communicate these insights and stories to key People Operations stakeholders and senior leadership; Interprets results of analyses, identifies trends and issues, and develops recommendations to support business objectives Communicate complex information so that it is easy to understand and drive strategic use of data to help increase value of the People Analytics function Incorporate data from other modules (TA, Performance, Talent) to provide robust metrics and analysis Use existing systems/applications (Workday, 3rd party add-on applications, etc.) and determine methods to integrate data from multiple systems to produce reports Partner closely with Information Systems and Finance to ensure that systems and data catalogs align to the analytical and data reporting needs; Build and maintain strong partnerships across People Operations and the business Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor s degree required with long-term interest in Human Resources career 4 - 6 years of HR operational role experience in a global organization 4 - 6 years of experience in an analytics and reporting role Advanced knowledge Workday Reporting and BI/Data Analytics Platform (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools) Advanced skills in full Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion Experience preparing and presenting materials for senior management Demonstrated technical ability and analytical skills, with superb attention to detail and passion for data, data definition integrity, and process efficacy Experience creating dashboards/visualizations using, e.g. Tableau (or similar) Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional stakeholders in spoken and written form. Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing business needs. Familiarity with data warehouses, SQL and the ability to query, join and transform data from multiple sources Life at UiPath like a lot of startups, can sometimes feel like a roller coaster.
