Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate should have ability to enhance customer satisfaction, meet monthly sales targets and profitability goals and manage the entire store operations effectively. Candidates will be preferred with background of Retail management, Sales & Marketing, Financial Management and Public Relations. Responsibilities and Duties
• Develop business strategies to increase our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance within company policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store environment and visual merchandising standards.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, sales performance, employees issue etc.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths of store staff.
• Handle customer complaints, store employee grievances, cashing, billing and other store operations.
• Set an example with perfect self discipline, holistic approach with high store performance.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Proven successful experience as a RetailStore Manager of 4 to 10 Years.
• Powerful Leading and Business Orientation skills.
• Excellent in Customer management and Analytical skills
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills
• Any Degree/ Retail Management courses/Business Management/Commerce/Economics
