Retail Store OperationsLevel: MconLocation: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata1. IT experience in Retail, Travel or Consumer Goods industry2. Experience in Retail and Store operations process like Inventory Management, Store Transaction Management (Store Ordering, Receiving, POS,) Loyalty, Store work force Management, compliance and loss prevention etc is preferred 3. Extensive hands-on experience in any software implementation (POS, WFM, Shrinkage), and requirements management4. Extensive experience in Agile execution and methodologies5. Worked as proxy product owners to understand and define strategic priorities/ product roadmap6. Liaise with Business Owner to identify business needs and develop suitable product portfolio.6. Defining the features of an application/product/solution5. Experienced as a User story author/Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner7. Has the ability to break down Epics into User Stories8. Participate in the sprint retrospective and identify areas of improvement, Demo sprint output to client8. Should have excellent communications skills9.
