    Greetings from BrainTree HR !We are looking for Robotics coach for one of the leading organization.Location: BangaloreExperience: min 0 yrs to 5 yrsJob SummaryAs Robotics Coach with a specialization in Robotics Education, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the exciting world of robotics. Your primary responsibility is to provide individualized coaching, support, and resources to students interested in robotics, fostering both academic success and a passion for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields.Responsibilities:Robotics Instruction:
    • Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions to students, assistant teachers covering various aspects of robotics education, including programming, design, and problem-solving.
    • Create and implement engaging and hands-on activities to enhance students understanding of robotics concepts.
    Curriculum Development:
    • Collaborate with educators and curriculum developers to enhance and customize robotics education materials.
    • Stay updated on advancements in robotics technology and education methodologies.
    Project-Based Learning:
    • Facilitate project-based learning experiences, guiding students in the creation and execution of robotics projects.
    • Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration within the context of robotics challenges.
    Coding and Programming Support:
    • Assist students in developing coding and programming skills relevant to robotics applications.
    • Provide resources and guidance on various programming languages commonly used in robotics.
    Student Progress Tracking:
    • Monitor and assess students progress in robotics projects, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
    • Collaborate with teachers and parents to create comprehensive support plans for each student.
    Resource Coordination:
    • Curate or develop educational materials, software tools, and resources specific to robotics education.
    • Recommend and connect students with additional robotics-related learning opportunities.
    Communication:
    • Maintain open and effective communication channels with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
    • Organize and lead regular workshops to share updates, showcase student projects, and facilitate discussions on robotics education.
    Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
    • Experience: Previous experience in teaching robotics, coaching, or related educational roles.
    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in programming languages commonly used in robotics (e.g., Python, Java, C is good to have).
    • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex robotics concepts in an understandable manner.
    • Empathy: Demonstrated empathy and understanding of students academic and technical challenges.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple coaching sessions and responsibilities.
