The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CNC machinery and will be responsible for promoting and selling our CNC machine solutions to manufacturers, engineering companies, and other industrial clients.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition:
• Identify potential customers and develop relationships with decision-makers in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry-related events and exhibitions.
• Product Promotion:
• Promote and sell CNC machines and related automation solutions to clients.
• Provide technical consultations to customers, explaining machine features, capabilities, and benefits.
• Sales Process Management:
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to customers.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients.
• Customer Support:
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure post-sales support and timely issue resolution.
• Market Research & Strategy:
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Reporting:
• Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and inquiries using CRM software.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the sales manager.
• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the CNC machinery or manufacturing industry.
• Technical knowledge of CNC machines, automation solutions, and manufacturing processes is essential.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical specifications to customers.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
