    The Sales Executive is responsible for maintaining and expanding key customer accounts, driving sales growth, and promoting the companys brand within the industry. This role involves managing dealer and distributor networks, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. the role demands a proactive approach to business development and market expansion.Key Responsibilities:Account Management and Sales Growth:Maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.Expand sales activities by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Dealer and Distributor Management:Appoint and oversee dealers/distributors in key markets to optimize sales channels.Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealers and distributors to ensure alignment with company goals.Market and Business Development:Leverage industry experience to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.Sales Strategy and Forecasting:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Forecast sales performance and create actionable plans to meet or exceed projections.Brand Promotion:Actively promote the brand within the industry through various marketing and networking activities.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.Reporting and Collaboration:Provide regular updates to the Director on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
