As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions, responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary role will involve managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, promoting our services, and guiding them through their aesthetic journey at CARA Clinic. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into consultations and consultations into successful sales.Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat inquiries to engage with potential clients.
• Provide detailed information about CARA Clinics hair restoration and aesthetic services.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand and address client needs.
• Build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets set by management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
• Provide excellent post-sale customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer support, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Sales-driven with a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
• Knowledge or interest in hair restoration and aesthetic treatments is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
