Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Officer Loan Against Property (LAP)Job Location:BangaloreJob Type: Full-TimeJob Overview:As a Sales Officer for Loan Against Property (LAP), you will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and converting leads for property-backed loans. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company by identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering them suitable loan products. You will work closely with the underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation:
      • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, cold calling, and partnerships with real estate agents.
      • Identify and target potential customers seeking loan against property options.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide personalized services and advice.
      • Understand client requirements, provide information on loan products, and assist them throughout the loan application process.
    • Sales and Business Development:
      • Achieve sales targets and business development goals.
      • Regularly meet with prospective clients to explain loan products and services.
      • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to loan disbursement.
    • Documentation and Compliance:
      • Ensure proper documentation is collected from the client as per company policies and regulatory requirements.
      • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth processing of loan applications and ensure timely disbursement.
    • Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
      • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
      • Analyze competitors loan offerings to propose effective solutions to clients.
    • Customer Service:
      • Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
      • Follow up with existing customers for additional business or renewals.
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Education: Undergraduate
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in financial products, preferably in loan against property or mortgages.
      • Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
    • Skills:
      • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
      • Ability to understand and analyze customer financial needs.
      • Strong sales acumen with a results-oriented approach.
      • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
      • Knowledge of the loan processing cycle and financial products is a plus.
