      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Offer Third-Level Support resolving incidents and executing change/service requests which are not part of the normal operations, eg migrations, new setups, updates etc
      • Technical Experience : 1 Expert knowledge of BASIS and Java System architecture/Refresh/Version Upgrade etc, 2 Expert on HANA and Linux OS 3 Deployment of SDA/SCAs SDM, JSPM and SUM , SAP Notes 4 Proper documentation, definition of technical operational concept 5 Good knowledge of Non NetWeaver Products such as Cloud Connector / BOBJ / BODS etc 6 Good to Have: knowledge on Microsoft Azure cloud, Google cloud, or any other cloud platform experience Working knowledge on database flavours such as ASE and/or MaxDB
