Job Description

    Role: SAP SolMan (End to End implementation of Solution Manager)
    • At least two End to End implementation of Solution Manager ChaRM with additional Approvals, actions & Conditions configurations
    • Good Working Experience inEnd-to-End Root Cause Analysis (RCA); Setup EarlyWatch Alert (EWA), Generate EWAReports & SLR (Service LevelReports.
    • Good Working Experience in System monitoring and performance tuning using Solution Manager End to End Technical Monitoring setup for any landscape
    • Working knowledge on configuration of Solution Documentation, Test Management, Best practice content configuration
    • Experience in integration of Tricentis and Solution Manager.
    • Business process operations configuration with BPMON.
    • Hands on experience in integration of Solution Manager Service Desk/Change Request Management and Service Now ticketing tool.
    • Good Working experience in Cloud ALM Operations for On-Premise and Cloud solutions.
    • Expertise knowledge in Focused Insight.
    • Good Knowledge on Process Management, Project Management and Change Management in SAP Cloud ALM Implementation.
    • Knowledge on Sap Focused Build is an added advantage
    • Good Working Experience inPerform SAP maintenance (support packages, kernel and other upgrades)
    • Any certification on SAP Solution Manager can be an added advantage.
    Required Skills
    • Effective Communication & Presentation skills is must
    • Should be able to work independently
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills
    • Should be flexible to work in shifts
    Experience in SAP BASIS support is preferred skill
