Senior Identity Management Analyst

Job Description

OverviewThe Senior Identity Management Analyst will report to the Engineering Manager, Security and will work directly with teams across Recharge. In this role you will have the capability to directly influence technical innovation and enhance security maturity of our products.What youll do

• Lead, implement, maintain, IAM policies and procedures across Recharge that include standards for organizational use.
• Identify and evaluate risks, implement internal controls to mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with IT to align business roles to access and provisioning needs.
• Monitor and evaluate existing tools (e.g., Okta) to ensure best practices as it relates to configuration and application implementation.
• Contribute to the implementation of a privileged access management solution for use across all critical business areas.
• Implement products and services to provide a strong IAM program while balancing productivity, end user experience, access and compliance.
• Perform routine auditing and recertification initiatives to ensure adherence to policy and workflows.
• Develop a team-oriented, supportive culture with a strong focus on creating a working environment that fosters collaboration, open communication, and delivering outcomes.

What youll bring

• Typically, 3+ years of experience in an identity management role
• 2+ years experience in cloud-native environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, federation, access controls and attacks, identity provisioning and lifecycle management
• Good understanding of identity management protocols namely, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML
• Working knowledge of common compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR
• Solid understanding of the interrelationships, applicability and scope of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements
• Ability to implement efficient controls in a high-velocity, cloud native environment
• Experience administering a privileged access management system
• Exceptional analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience desired
