Implement quality code with focus on reusability and good code coverage. Be a part of Agile teams and help deliver business value and outcome. Collaborating with scrum masters, engineering managers and product owners to identify and mitigate risks, issues, as well as to find innovative ways to improve the application development. You will adapt in writing efficient code, adhere to test driven development i.e. unit & integration tests across all components with code re-use being key to success. You will work with optimization, capacity and forecasting related topics. Collaboration with other front-end developers, back end developers, architects, designers, UX experts, external agencies, partners and key people in the business. Help define efficient solutions and implementation strategies to create highly cohesive front-end and back-end development practices. Able to provide constructive feedback and effectively review code, guiding other software engineers in the right direction Experience - Essential Strong experience working with backend technologies i.e. data pipelines and databases MS SQL server, Oracle and/or Cassandra or something similar plus Azure cloud data lake technology. Strong experience working with front-end technologies such as React/Angular/Vue. Strong Computer Science and development fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, data pipelines, algorithm design, and complexity analysis. Strong knowledge and experience with at least one modern programming language such as Java, C#, Python Experience with developing RESTful microservices with Spring boot. Sound understanding of Spring modules and ORM tools for example JPA and Hibernate. Experience working on low latency, highly scalable, multi-tiered applications. Experience - Nice to have Experience working with Java Spring boot Experience in build tools like Maven, Node etc. Experience working with Cloud technologies or a keen interest in learning the same.
